Overall Paid BeamNG Mod Review

After spending $100AUD on various paid BeamNG mods, I had a mix of positive and negative experiences. While many of these mods added unique content to the game, almost every pack included at least a few broken or glitchy mods. One common issue was issues with the wheels not spawning in correctly and other issues such as no engine sound within the replay mode. Additionally, finding certain mods could be challenging, especially when links were only available through hard to find Discord posts, making it easy to miss or difficult to access specific content.

I fully support the idea that modders should be compensated for their hard work. The level of detail and creativity that goes into many of these mods is impressive and adds significant value to the BeamNG experience. However, it’s essential to weigh the quality and accessibility of each Patreon before committing. Some paid Patreons may not deliver consistent quality or may not justify the cost, especially for players seeking polished, fully-functional mods.

If you have some extra cash and want to expand your BeamNG game, I’d recommend looking for Patreons with a large back catalog and a variety of different content types. These typically provide the best value and offer enough options to enhance your gameplay in meaningful ways.

Half Lit Performance

This Patreon offers a large selection of vehicles, each showcasing intricate detail, especially within the engine bays, making them perfect for fans of highly realistic car mods. Many of the cars include functional parachutes, adding to the immersion and authenticity during high-speed drag runs.

While the mod collection is vast and generally well-crafted, it does include a few vehicles with minor issues or that are currently broken. However, the overall value remains strong, especially for those who appreciate detailed customization and drag-focused gameplay in BeamNG.

NOTE : This mod uses Drag Wheels and tires from 2Fast Racing.
This Wheel mod pack is free and can be downloaded from the link below, In my video above i didn’t have this mod installed which caused a few issues with wheels on a couple of the drag cars

Each car is crafted with attention to regional details, offering BeamNG players a unique and authentic Australian driving experience.

Despite the limited range, CFW Mods is a great choice for fans of Australian cars or those seeking something a bit different in their BeamNG collection.

ZC Works

ZC Works offers BeamNG players a slice of Australian car culture, focusing on classic Ford models with a few iconic options like the AU Falcon and the Ford BF Falcon. Similar to CFW Mods, this Patreon has a limited catalog, But includes well-loved Aussie cars.

Philly Griff Designs

Philly Griff Designs is a BeamNG Patreon focused on expanding customization options, especially for the D-Series truck. While the Patreon offers only a few pre-built configurations, it includes a large array of parts that open up extensive possibilities for car builders who enjoy creating their own setups.
